Apparantly, I am "way cool" to the 14-and-under set.
It might have been my ooh-ing and ah-ing over the child's PSP or playing Tony Hawk and intentionally trying to crash and cause massive blood on the pavement so that it would clash mightily with the green hair. Or it might have been my appreciation and knowledge of all things iPod. Or the gleeful way I delighted in the Skullcandy headphones (gotta get me the watch!). Or the revelation that 24 gigs of mp3s doesn't even hold an eighth of our music collection (I'm not even sure that it's not less than an eighth). Or passing on the knowledge on how to choose the right diet Pepsi so that one can get a free iTune.
At any rate, I was notified today that I am "way cool."
I'll take that.
Meanwhile, I am thrilled that my rose mallows and globe thistle are already sprouting!
